Limited Warranty

Mental Case Inc. warrants to the original owner of each new Mental Case product, for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, that it is free of defects in materials and workmanship and that each product meets or exceeds all factory published specifications for each of our respective models. Mental Case Inc. agrees to repair or replace (at its discretion) all defective parts at no charge for labor or materials. Mental Case Inc. will correct any defects by repair or replacement and ship back the product to the customer within a reasonable time after receipt of the defective unit. This warranty does not cover damage or failure of product due to misuse, alterations, reasonable wear and tear or product repairs performed by a party other than Mental Case Inc.

There are no obligations of liability on the part of Mental Case Inc. for any consequential damage or any other indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenues, profit or cost of removals, installations or reinstallations arising out of, or in connection with the use or performance of any Mental Case or FREXBOX product.
